Customer Service Policy

When you purchase goods from orchardbeauty.co.uk you will be entering into a distance-selling contract with us. You have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation. You will be required by the terms of the contract, to return the goods to us by Recorded Delivery. Please return the goods in a complete untampered condition and submit a customer returns form at returns@orchardbeauty.co.uk

We understand that occasionally you may wish to return goods to us. If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will either refund or we will get another one out to you right away, no questions asked.

If you have opened the product and you are not satisfied for whatever reason please return within 7 days after receipt.

For all returns please email us at returns@orchardbeauty.co.uk for a Customer Returns Form which must be completed and faxed to us on 0870 745 9098. We will require your credit card details to authorise the refund. You will also require a returns number and the returns address which will be emailed to you.

We will dispatch your goods normally within 24 hours of receipt using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Please allow between 2-28 days for delivery. Normally delivery will take 2-10 days.

If you do not receive your goods within 7 working days please email us at tracking@orchardbeauty.co.uk and we will supply the tracking number which can be entered into the online tracking tool at www.royalmail.com
